Why does Greg Bovino still have a job? He vastly under-performed arrest goals for Chicago, 100s of arrests have not stuck, he generated a ton a bad press, & BP acts drew multiple lawsuits. Also people killed, injured & terrorized. Bovino is clearly incompetent.
