It is though. 🤷‍♂️
Christopher Rufo is saying in the New York Times that his goal is to reduce the size of the education industry, including uni-sponsored science. Is not partisan to say colleges should be independent of the government and free to pursue thought and sci breakthroughs www.nytimes.com/2025/04/11/p...

Politico going all in to help Speaker Johnson and Trump frame this shutdown as on Dems is insane to watch in real time.
Rs, who control the presidency and both chambers of Congress, are making demands in order to keep the government open - such as more defense & ICE money, less money for Head Start, & surrendering some tariff oversight.

If Ds rightly say no, Rs say Ds are to blame, but that obviously makes no sense.

Trump has scrubbed the research from government websites

Will be interesting to see if the new Congress tries to eliminate the estate tax. Arguably the most anti-populist proposal imaginable, it's backed by more than 40 Senate Rs.

For heirs of Elon Musk, it's a ~$100 billion question.

Is this the same J-Kwon that was popular in 2003? Have not heard his name since then.
So like how does this come to pass? It’s his music, his hook, even his title in parens. They just changed the orchestration and added some countrified lyrics. I didn’t think there was any controversy about his credit. www.usatoday.com/story/entert...
