Are roadworks planned in this country/borough. Two sets of temporary traffic lights 100m apart this week suggests not. Also impact analysis would suggest that if Thanes Water are going to close a massively busy bus stop like Ealing Broadway Station, they should do so for the shortest time possible?

Appointing RFK Jr to this position is about as sane as it would be to appoint Piers Corbyn to head up NICE.
RFK Jr: "The causative association between Tylenol given in pregnancy in the paranatal periods is not sufficient to say it definitely causes autism. But it is very suggestive."

I know Sarries and Quins pre-date Trailfinders Women but I can’t help feel that this is slightly insulting to call their matchup The London Derby when they are either side of us. #PWR

Oh just a final note on this, but the quiet - and arguably biggest - impact of ULEZ has come because of its continuing, and growing, impact on stuff that ISN'T cars.

The shift of last-mile delivery and other trade/company vehicles to greener tech has been huge, along with the same for TfL's buses.

Liquid Glass on the iPhone has no positives and many negatives. I can't understand why it got past the ideation stage. Feels like change for change's sake, even though it harms usability. I guess I'm stuck on macos Sequoia as I dread the idea of it introducing "a stunning new design" to my macbook.

How is EV company $BINI (née $MULN) still alive? It has had so many reverse splits since its IPO in 2021, that for your shareholding to be worth the sum of $1 today, you would have to have invested $7,093,526,785,714,286,336 in 2021. Who keeps investing in it knowing that it destroys wealth?

Just over a week to the kickoff of the #PWR season. First home match at Vallis Way for Trailfinders Women vs Exeter Chiefs on October 25th at 3pm. Exeter finished two places about Trailfinders last season, but with so many exciting changes to the team this season, this is a good test.

Just watched Chicago PD season 12 ep. 2, "Blood Bleeds Blue" and it was genuinely gripping from start to finish. Probably the best single episode of the entire Chicago franchise.

Nearly 60 and in a well-paid job but paying a fortune in rent for a little house that I could still be priced out of as wages are stagnant but prices still rise. After years of Brexit, Tory crises/mismanagement, we now have a Labour govt that have thoroughly disappointed. Only Greens give me hope.
How do we fix this mess?

David Cameron’s reckless decision to hold an in-out EU referendum to once and for all make the UKIPpers happy is, time and again, shown to be one of the most naive political decisions in history.
"If you've had enough of politicians, if you don't trust Westminster, join us."

What a revolting, cynical statement for a man who was an MP of the party that ruled for 14 years until five minutes ago - and David Cameron's speech writer before that.

What contempt for voters. ~AA
