We visit Castle Semple Loch at Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park Lochwinnoch in Scotland.

Loved feeding the swans, ducks and geese 🦆🦢
We also visit the cafe/ tea room at the Castle Semple visitor centre, then go on the walking trail.

2. Big flock of Greater White-fronted Geese landing on the water

The legs and tail extend off the image to the bottom and right, respectively. The bird's finch-like beak (short and somewhat conical) is gray. The eye is brown and surrounded by a faint white eye rihg. The crest is rust-colored and this close up, it's possible to see how multiple individual feathers have been raised to create the crested look. There's some brown and white in the cheek, but it's not obvious. The visible folded wing is a bit darker gray than the bird's body.
