Only new years resolution I've made this year is to try and read more books. Used to get though 30-40 a year but thats dropped to 10-15 over the last few years
First book finished is this on Englands World Cup win. Decent read and covered lots I wasn't familiar with despite how well known it all is

Did a thread last year of the books I read, so going to do that again. Read 21 last year, goal is to beat that....
They should be trying this, the key is how to avoid teams trying to abuse the rule. Personally I would have an independent doctor at the game who can order a temporary sub for a concussion check, and they are the only one who can decide this. Take it out of the hands of the teams/players

There should be a penalty fare on trains for people watching videos on their phone with the sound turned up. Of at least £1,000

2 things they could do to improve VAR - first, put a time limit on reviews. Second, change the phrase from 'clear and obvious' to the one the NFL uses 'there has to be indisputable evidence to overturn a call'
