Our court system is not working, especially the most important court.

There. Fixed it.

“Yet the administration has continued jailing people indefinitely even after courts ruled the policy was illegal.”
Our court system is largely working, with the exception of the most important court
Courts have ruled 4,400 times that ICE jailed people illegally. It hasn’t stopped.

Might want to strengthen that prohibition against #ICE or #CBP or other #DHS personnel messing with polling places, seizing ballots or voting machines, etc.

Also speedy, enforceable, mandatory penalties for perjury or non-compliance w court orders.

Democrats moving to & clustering in large coastal cities exacerbates the GOP’s structural advantage.

Dems should migrate, en masse, from the reddest red states into the swingy-est swing states —> AZ, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA, WI to create a structural advantage.

Where we live matters!
If you read the piece, you'll see that one of the arguments made for Democrats moderating is that their base is disadvantaged in the Senate and Electoral College, while the GOP base is advantaged. That creates different incentives.

Also, their media universe is more partisan.

This reads like a headline from The Onion. Pity the poor folks who write satire for a living now that reality and satire are indistinguishable.
A Federal judge in Oregon ruled that ICE can NOT use chemicals on protestors for exercising their 1st amendment rights.

Outstanding essay!

1992: “It’s the economy, stupid!” tied all the other threads together for Bill Clinton’s campaign.

2026: “It’s fascism, stupid!” can do the same for all of us. The fact that the US is being run by fascists is the common denominator underlying everything we don’t like here.
In the wake of Renée Nicole Good's murder, can we finally talk about why Hollywood, the Democratic Party, and other so-called liberal institutions refuse to take on fascism?
