As we head into launch, we're still working on this issue and will share more detailed info soon, but we don't want to leave you confused going into release weekend. (1/2)
Hi Riftbounders! We’re investigating a potential collation issue impacting rarity distribution with individual Riftbound: Origins booster packs. Early checks suggest that a small percentage of packs include fewer rare cards than intended, with others including more. (1/4)

Hey all! Tons of great questions/feedback about the rules around +/- Might in Riftbound... esp re: weird states around the combo of multiple effects. Updates to our Core Rules will come later; for now, here are answers. TL;DR - First apply increases, then apply decreases. (1/8)

Hey friends - we've put together a Core Rules FAQ that hopefully answers both commonly asked questions about game and also addresses many of the more intricate/complex situations folks have been confused by or asked about. @riftbound.riotgames.com

As many of you know, I've been fortunate enough to consult on the game since very early on, so I've seen a bunch of iterations of a lot of cards. Early in working on Stun as a mechanic for Riftbound we found it to be really interesting as a combat trick. It was a lot like a localized "Fog" effect- it could stop an Enemy Unit from dealing Damage, really tilting complex fights in your favor.

My second and final Riftbound preview card is Eager Apprentice!

This card's flavor text is a perfect encapsulation of me trying to pilot my Kai'Sa spells deck. Also, this card is quite good in a Kai'Sa spells deck!

Hey, I get to finally talk about a card from #Riftbound Origins and... it's Garbage! But like, in a good way.

Garbage Grabber is an odd card since it isn't tightly tied to any Legend. Origins has cards that aren't shy about which deck they belong in - but we also want some puzzles for you to solve!

For my first Riftbound Origins preview card, a little rules talk! Although my main job on the team is narrative, I have TCG editing experience as well, so I've been moonlighting as an editor. There's no blocking in our game, but we do have Block, a combat trick.
