One thing, since I said that I was happy this was announced, so I could comment on something from it in my Time Stranger review without mentioning the leaks, I know what the leaks are. I didn't mention them directly because I don't want to have Digimon leaks in a main post by me.
The first Time Stranger DLC being "Do you want more Omegamon?" is surely a choice. I hoped that the DLCs would be used to include Digimon that never had models before, but it seems to be more about adding Digimon that had already been used in previous projects.

One thing, since I said that I was happy this was announced, so I could comment on something from it in my Time Stranger review without mentioning the leaks, I know what the leaks are. I didn't mention them directly because I don't want to have Digimon leaks in a main post by me.
I wonder if Kodai's new uniform will receive official artwork, or only this 3D model. Something I found interesting in the Digimon Story Time Stranger Artbook is that they showed the designs for alternate clothes for the main characters, and even Asuna's suit had artwork.

When it's about Digimon Battles, there's one who is god, the Holy Knight of the End Omegamon. The Greatest Ω (Omega) Carnival was made in honor of his strength.
I wonder if there's chance of seeing an "Omegamon Battle Royal" added to the tournaments with Time Stranger's DLCs .

I was wondering what would be the chance of seeing the DLC for Digimon Story Time Stranger announced anytime soon, so this is a surprise. At least I can mention some things from this in my "review" without depending on the leaks.

Yamaguichi said the main request director Miyamoto made was to "focus on the relationship between the characters" and the characters were planned with this in mind. The director had a very solid story and worldview of Digimon Beatbreak and that is what they want to portray (1/2)

Because of Tomoro's unique e-Pulse glitched Sapotamas, he always felt unfit for the world of 2025. Meeting Digimon and Glowing Dawn should have made him understand why he always felt uncomfortable. But due to Asuka's Cold Heart, he didn't have time to reflect on this. (1/2)

Yamaguchi said Pristimon was born out of Reina's desire to "be the ideal big sister". Since she doesn't have parents, Pristimon also acts as her own big sister. Why does Reina want to be an ideal big sister? It'll take a while, but there's an episode that will give the reason.

Producer Shibata approached writer Ryōta Yamaguchi for Digimon Beatbreak, a series for an older audience.
About 20 years ago, Ryōta worked in Digimon Savers, which was also born as a "new direction". Since he was interested in what new could be done, he accepted the offer.

Whenever the topic "Is Digimon for children?" is discussed, the example I remember the post is when Konaka discussed the idea of "Tamers isn't for children", showing a very interesting idea of what counts as "children's material" and "adult's material" that isn't "dark content".

I remember questions on Digimon Beatbreak intent with AI, and from the latest interview, we learned more about what the director thinks about it, and his disappointment with its current state as nothing more than a mechanism to limit society and suppress uniqueness.

Takada's comment about Digimon Beatbreak having "an older target demographic, but that doesn't change much because children watch adult content anyway" reminded me of the same thing Hara said before. Seems like something both the game and anime branches of Digimon agree with.

Looking at the new material added to the Web Archive, I saw this early promotion for Digimon Adventure 02 merchandise from Bandai's monthly Gashapon News.
It shows Chibimon's early name was Petitmon (プチモン). This name would later be used for Dracomon's Baby I stage.

While my focus was on the actual text, there are two colored double spreads in each volume of the Digimon Adventure novel, and I like the art there. The first time the Digimon evolved to the Child Stage, and when Koromon and Taichi went to the Real World and met Hikari.

I already commented a lot about Ultimates that I used while playing Digimon Story Time Stranger, so sharing a few of the Perfects as well. I used Vamdemon, Mistymon, Cerberumon, and Duramon a lot. I really didn't think of using Vamdemon , but he was stronger than I expected.

I already spoke too much about Lucemon, so the second Demon Lord Digimon that I used the most in Time Stranger was actually Demon. It was funny to see he was rideable. I know it was another Demon Lord that many actually wanted to ride.

Among the Olympos XII Digimon, Venusmon was the one I used the most since she was my only dedicated healer, after her I really liked using Dianamon since I used her to fight Apollomon. The others I didn't use as much, but the next in the line would be Neptunemon and Marsmon.

It's something I said a few times before, but the ending of Cyber Sleuth, taking as a conclusion to the themes of the game, became the representation of how I approach Digimon. It's no joke in saying that without this last Suedo monologue, I likely wouldn't be who I am today.

Looking back at some posts I made before Time Stranger released, in hindsight, I feel like they didn't actually help as much as I wanted them to. It's a confusing feeling, but I think that maybe I should have done them in a different context.
Similarly, my favorite human characters in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth were Suedo and Kyoko (That is, as much as we can call Kyoko human). Reading everything they said was really fun to me, but I understand it was mostly disliked, a reason why it decreased in Hacker's Memory.

Out of the human characters from Digimon Story Time Stranger, Dr. Simmons was the classic type of character I enjoy. A scientist who likes way too much what she researches and speaks a lot about it. But Hiroko was the one whom I really loved on her own, by far my favorite.

Something funny with Omegamon is that every time they try to portray him as a "warrior of justice/goodness itself", I remember his portrayal in the Digimon Chronicle storyline and related materials like X-Evolution and Decode. Especially this exchange with Dukemon X in Decode.
