Time to own up, a month ago I lost my grandma and blew my lengthy sober streak. I caved and had a couple beers thinking it would numb the pain. I was wrong.
I'm proud to say I'm back on it and a month back in! Back on this journey that's helped me get my life back. #sobriety

My best advice for enjoying metal is to follow your own path. Don’t let other people tell you your entry level bands are dumb or that your preferences are lame.
Challenge yourself with listens that are outside your comfort zone but have no shame in liking what you like.
