If I'm doing the math correctly, Musk's big pay packet yesterday could have made each of these now-dead people millionaires instead.
He is among the sickest men the world has ever produced.

Oops. Looks like I’m restricted to Jimmy Stewart birding for the next few days. Portable keyhole at the ready. Highlight: Blackcap. No sign of Grace Kelly thus far. #birding #rearwindow

Please keep an eye open for dead & dying Whooper Swans (and other waterbirds), see thread below on how to report for possible sampling & please also report to @birdtrack.bsky.social so we can start to build a comprehensive picture of the spread 👇🏻
Worrying reports of bird flu (avian influenza) are coming in, including an outbreak in Whooper Swans in the Fens. Other waterbirds are also being affected, and cases are rising.

When are we going to stop handing out knighthoods to billionaire death cult capitalists like Ratcliffe? Why don’t we just tax them until their eyes water instead,… and then sling them in prison?

I knew Gill and Farage and the rest of the UKIP crew in the European Parliament

They were crooks and shysters to a man

They repeated Putin talking points and appeared on Russia Today

UKIP then and Reform now are both a threat to our democracy

I've finally got around to curating a selection of films about the #climate crisis 🎥

There's lot of mediocre climate films out there, but for me these stand out head & shoulders above the rest 🎞️

They make excellent resources for classrooms, lecture halls, or community cinema's 🎬

The world is way off track.

The 2025 State of Climate Action report finds that none of the 45 key sectors —from energy to food to transport —are aligned with 1.5 °C.

The reality of inaction has caught up.
