No treadmill at home, no problem lol.
I’m sure the gps didn’t get correct distance but it was fun walk/jogging the running intervals from bedroom, thru kitchen, thru dinning room thru living room and back a bunch of times lol.

ChatGPT is so interesting. I put in my typical day (wake up, workouts, eating habits, etc) and told it my weight, age, health etc. I asked it to give me a simulation of how my day at 25/50/100 LBS lighter. It gave a thorough sim. Consistent small changes make a huge difference
