Today’s swim. Well, another first for me. First time I’ve ever had to stop mid-swim because there was someone literally STANDING in my lane. Almost ran directly into them! Took a few laps to get back into a rhythm, but overall it was a good workout! #swimmimg #fitness #fitafter50

Let me see if I can ask some of my daughter‘s friends who are still in the city. I never went to any of the pools there two lap swim. My first thought is, if you are a member of a YMCA, you can get it into any of their facilities on a guest pass.
