Today’s ride. Ladder workout, beginning with three hard pushes, three, two, then one minute. Top of the ladder was 12 30-second sprints, then back down the ladder with the hard pushes. New trainer tire required adjustment for tension, but I think I dialed it in just right. #cycling #fitafter50
