The Democratic tent is a diverse coalition of marginalized communities fighting to be seen. Our leaders may not check every box or perfectly align with each cause, but tearing them down only weakens us. When we bash our own, we hand the Far Right the chance to crush us all.

Corporate America, backed by the GOP, deflects blame for economic hardship by scapegoating marginalized groups like immigrants, who lack the power to fight back. While they hoard wealth, they pit working people against each other, distracting from the real source of inequality: corporate greed.

While we’ve been fighting to protect proven election results, women’s rights, trans kids, marriage equality, and justice in immigration, the Right has been systematically positioning itself to control all four branches—including the Supreme Court—to advance their Christian nationalist agenda.

A massive 3-story Trump banner should send shivers down her spine. History has shown us how authoritarian leaders like Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin used towering banners displaying their omnipotence to symbolize control and intimidate opposition. Power displayed this way is never benign.

Millions and millions have died in global conflicts. Could they all be genocides? Yet only one is labeled as such. Why is the state whose people endured history’s worst genocide accused, while others are not? Because the term was weaponized long before Oct 7 to redefine survival as oppression.

Republicans don’t win with ideas—they rig the game. They stack the Supreme Court suppress votes gerrymander districts and bankroll politicians they can control. Meanwhile we just point out their corruption and hope voters notice. And it doesn’t even matter because the GOP has already rigged the game
