We start with Jinya, a rad chain with locations in Canada 🇨🇦 and US. Solid.
My fav thing to order is the takoyaki because it comes on a bed of "egg tartare".
Tonkotsu black ramen was alright.
7/10 (ramen)
but overall a 9/10 experience
