A reminder to those fortunate enough to be able to donate to food banks, of course cheap non-perishables is how many go and those are great too, but if you have the means, there’s a ton of people who need food banks with medical issues who need gluten-free food, dairy free etc.!

As a wheelchair user having a shoulder injury is like extra bad and it's something that I can ignore for like half the day and then it just kind of puts a damper on everything 🫠
(If Ive been flaky it's probably because of this, I've been spending a lot of time in bed)
