I wanted Starmer to be different. After all the corruption and chaos from the Tories, the horror that is Reform, But Gaza is revealing, there are no mental gymnastics where I am able to ignore it. @BBCNews rightly notes re Russian attacks on Ukrainian power stations that “attacking civil infrastructure is against the laws of war”. Just odd that they rarely if ever said the same about massive Israeli attacks on civil infrastructure including hospitals in Gaza.
