All this turning tariffs off and on must be great for business confidence. All those companies who bit the bullet and paid tariffs last week sorry about your luck! Oh, your direct competition? Well their boat happened to ship a week later and they're paying hundreds of thousands of dollars less

Oof this is going to be bad for Americans. During covid Chinese factories increased production to fill shortages but they ain't doing that this time! There's going to be runs on everything, even stuff that's made in America as people panic buy
Not a single international cargo ship at the Port of Seattle. The port is dead. The last ship from China will dock at a West coast port on the 29th, and the last Chinese ship will dock on the East coast around May 10th. After that, there will be no more shipments arriving from China. We’re screwed.

Most Australians don’t understand that around 60% of all votes are wasted every election - they receive no representation at all in the final result. I made this short video to explain, let me know what you think

I'm launching a series A funding round for a start-up selling barrels and suspenders. We recently expanded into the stick and bindle sector as well. Get in touch, huge upside potential!

This is an extraordinary lie from the Attorney General of Australia. Zionist is not a synonym for Jew and it's an astonishing falsehood for an Attorney General to say that. For example, Joe Biden is an avowed Zionist and is not Jewish

Business must love this uncertainty. The one think I know for sure is every potential investment decision that can be paused, has been paused. Is there an ETF I can invest in that tracks the phrase "revisit in 6 months" in board minutes?
📉📉📉
This is a great strategy to create content and the possibly worst strategy to run the largest economy of the world.

I hate how this guy writes but I salute him wasting this much time to confirm the moron lady's story 🫡

It's great that Windows' in built zip utility can't handle some password protected files and fails with an "unknown error." Makes troubleshooting for someone a breeze! Thanks Microsoft!

I have no principles, I simply look at what the baddies are saying and do the opposite, I'm not a reactionary btw
I do hope TikTok’s defenders on the left reconsider their support for the app in light of its totally shameless support for Trump out of cynical self-preservation. What a grotesque spectacle of bending the knee for an autocrat.

Australia has a lot of problems but at least we're not 120v cucks. Really does seem to make electrification more of a hassle. 240v all day baby "you probably don't have a 240v plug for your oven" my cats heating blanket runs on 240v
Today on Volts: so you want to electrify your home! What should you do first? How do you line up a contractor? How do you figure out rebates & incentives? And what if you're renting? I discuss all of it with Cora Wyent of @rewiringamerica.bsky.social .
So you want to electrify your home
In this episode, Cora Wyent walks us through Rewiring America’s “personal electrification planner,” a step-by-step how-to for homeowners (and renters!) looking to electrify their homes. Do you need up...

The camera zoom on the Google #pixel phone is completely useless. The AI is hallucinating paintings instead of just showing me a pixellated version of reality. You can't turn it off. You could shoot raw, if you like futzing with the picture but if you just want a happysnap of a wattlebird you're SOL
