My dad and his friend John used to watch Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling every week.
Bob Caudle’s voice was more than likely one of the first voices I heard period.

In 1986, at the Omaha Civic Auditorium Truth Magnum was wearing this exact same outfit the night my dad took me to a show.
Same show oddly enough that Danny Spivey arrived to the building late and had to ask my dad where the dressing room was.

You what I was just thinking about the other day? How back around Wrestlemania last spring so many people were losing their shit about Joe Hendry losing in five minutes to Randy Orton. I think I laughed for a good ten minutes thinking about the folks that were mad about that.

You know what, someone tried to convince me that I was crazy for saying that if Piper wasn’t available for the WWF to go after Hogan in the Mania 1 buildup that Don Muraco would have been an acceptable substitute.
