🇩🇪 16 years ago, on November 10th 2009, former Hannover and Borussia Mönchengladbach goalkeeper Robert Enke committed suicide.

Ronald Reng's book 'A Life Too Short' details Enke's story.

It is also a reminder that if you are ever going through something, talk about it.

Similar to their defeat against Bayern, Dortmund left it too late before they started showing urgency and courage. Only when Kovac made four changes did they improve. That said, City were utterly brilliant tonight.

Very flat from Borussia Dortmund. Svensson moving into a central position when BVB in possession and then caught out when they lose it. Savio has his number. Rather comfortable from Man City.

In Manchester for City-Dortmund.

I'm expecting fireworks, no less.

Interesting to see how Dortmund's defence copes with Haaland and Co.

Thought Bayern were very impressive tonight. Outperformed PSG in the first half, and then showed defensive resilience in the second after Diaz's sending off despite late pressure and tired legs. Upamecano was excellent tonight. 16 wins to start the season.

Another disciplined Borussia Dortmund performance, but I do wish they would play with the handbrake off at times. Lucky to come away from Augsburg - who despite their troubles, impressed - with all three points. Jobe Bellingham with a notable game-winning challenge late on.

If I was Thomas Tuchel, I'd be taking Danny Welbeck to the World Cup. There's not much competition for Harry Kane; he's in excellent form and an experienced head. From listening to talkSPORT in midweek and the latest reaction, it seems to be the general consensus.

A UCL matchday to forget for Leverkusen & Frankfurt.

12 goals conceded between the two teams.

Lennart Karl (17 years and 242 days) becomes Bayern Munich's youngest goalscorer in the Champions League, ahead of Jamal Musiala (17 years and 363 days). (Statsdufoot)

Trying to not let myself get carried away, but Arsenal were brilliant tonight. Another clean sheet - that's 9 in 12 games this season. Have to admire Gyökeres' work ethic and nice to see him rewarded with two goals. Martinelli also excellent. Just a superb all round performance.

Boateng has told media that he was offered a possibility to shadow Kompany on path to a coaching licence.

Bayern on the front foot and in complete control without really trying. BVB have to show more desire/urgency in the second half. We've all praised their discipline under Kovac this season, but they have nothing to lose here and are holding themselves back.

Picked Daniel Svensson vs Michael Olise as my battle to watch.

The Swede an unsung hero of this #BVB squad.

Excited to say that I've been freelancing for Bundesliga.com & the app since the turn of the month. Had the pleasure of putting this together ahead of tomorrow's Klassiker with Bayern & BVB unbeaten.

Next-level Kompany & the Kovač factor.

Can't help but feel Bayern Munich are in a difficult position when it comes to extending contracts. They did well to tie Davies, Kimmich and Musiala down to new deals, but are stalling with Upamecano. Obviously the reported €20m signing-on fee is a big deal, but I can't help feel that [...]

Considering Woltemade rarely scored a headed goal for Stuttgart last season, he surely has his fair share this season.
