IT’S ALIVE!!! Don’t worry, those aren’t monster tentacles reaching into the workshop. They’re just the power lines for the cottage, cabins and shower house. This weekend we ran them into the building but they won’t be connected to the electrical panel until there are buildings on the other ends.

Collecting fabric for a special woman who’s slowly losing her vision, and wants to keep doing something she loves for as long as she can: quilting.

It was another exhausting day at The Timber Walk, preparing footings for the piers that will hold up Birchwood Cottage. I’m so grateful for the people in my life who are willing to help me turn this dream into a reality.
