Ahmad was neighbors with @helpsahar27.bsky.social whom I’ve shared before, has social media that was in Gaza (and Belgium) before the war and sent me lots of documentation about his family.

Ahmad has been sending home as much money as he can but he recently lost his job and needs help.
I helped my mother in Gaza survive cancer... and evacuate children in the midst of war.
My name is Ahmed Shehada. I live in Belgium, but my heart is with Gaza, where my mother is fighting cancer under the most difficult circumstances.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Ahmad. Ahmad was an accountant in Gaza but because of the siege moved to Belgium for more opportunities before the war, leaving behind his family including his children Sabri, 9 and Amr, 5 and his mother who was diagnosed with breast cancer.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Shereen. Shereen and her husband (a house painter) fled their home early in the war thinking it would only be for 2 days. She lost everything as well as many family members. Her main concern is getting her son, Ahmed, 4 into a kindergarten.

Shereen has lost most of her extended family and her husband recently (while holding her son) had a chain from an Israeli aircraft fall on him and shatter his arm/ give him a head injury- luckily little Ahmed was safe. She started this fundraiser after this happened because he can no longer help

You can see in the quoted video how threadbare Dima’s family’s tent is- she is very concerned about the weather this winter- there are now more tarps and tents available in Gaza but that doesn’t help if she can’t afford them. Even a small amount can help get her to be able to ❤️
I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Dima. Dima is 22 years old and was studying IT at university before this. She is helping her very large family including her parents who are both in their sixties. Their biggest concern is winterizing their tent which as you can see needs it.

"bon sens")
