This really is incredible. Someone should estimate the cost per criminal of this operation minus those that MN prisons gave them
Homeland Security insists that ICE operations are targeting criminals. MPR News examined the agency's "worst of the worst" lists and found most of the people there had been immediately transferred to ICE custody at the end of time served in Minnesota prisons. www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...
