As Yonhap and many others have reported, 190 (out of 300) members have *already* voted to lift martial law, declaring it "invalid" (무효). If respected, the president must now follow through on the motion.

The immediate concern is whether such activities can convene. As of posting, martial law is being imposed and political activities, including those of the National Assembly, are prohibited from taking place. Unclear what, exactly, happens next.
