Speaking of super on time, a new episode of What's Next dropped this morning! Come hang with the boys as we discuss the new #comics coming out in April of 2026! Would've recorded sooner but I was trapped in a web of conspiracy (trying to download the Jack Wolfe Hadestown Slime Tutorial)

"For a $19.99 trade, One World Under Doom is a great value. The trade contains nine meaty issues with a whole slew of characters."

‘One World Under Doom’ is the complete package
Every creative involved is at their top of their games, but did the story need to be told?

I'm only a few chapters into this, but if "The author of American Psycho writes a novel about the fact that a serial killer attended his LA prep school with him his senior year AND said author had a fat crush on the serial killer guy" intrigues you... this book really, really rocks.

Started reading this and I was like “This isn’t the movie at all, it’s like this comic isn’t even TRYING to adapt the movie”

But then this happened

And the comic was saved

Thank you, DC

2.1 things:

1.) This book is a delight not only as a love letter to, well, letters (duh) but to the beauties of paper and analog living generally.

2.) Having written a few letters now, I am SHOCKED at who has and has not taken the bait to be my penpal.

2.1.) If any of you want to be penpals...

When was the last time that you realized you were 100% wrong about a comic? Because I have said *for years* that Brubaker and Epting's Cap run wasn't for me. I'd read the first omnibus and found it lacking. I WAS A DUMB BABY! Rereading it this week for @cmxcollective.bsky.social I am BLOWN AWAY.

Regressing characters is usually counterproductive…

BUT…

I would greatly enjoy it if Venom would be regressed

In an ideal world, all but 2 symbiotes would be erased

It’s Venom, and sometimes carnage.

And they should Both. Be. Baddies.

Evil, drooling, scary, lurking under MJ’s bed baddies

Spider-Man's design is always peak when he's a little creepy, a little freaky. That's why I love whenever Frank Miller gets to draw him. Like, what do you mean he's got the toe socks on????

Catching up with single issues, and generally getting back into comics feels great. Everyone should be excited for me. BUT if you see me begin to flirt with MTG again... push me down the stairs Family Guy style. I can't let Commander take over my life again.

I’m officially 100% caught up on Ryan North’s Fantastic Four, and (I don’t say this lightly) this is the best this book has ever been. The fantastic four are my fav super team, and this is the best they’ve ever been. WOW.
