I am so incredibly in. We've seen a great increase in quality of games-to-shows/movies over the past decade, and in particular the past 3-4 years, that I'll allow myself to be optimistic about this one.

Just so we're clear on what the guy was fighting for, as people continue to defend him as someone "trying to have an open conversation" and "defending democracy." He was anything but.

I know a lot of people are waiting for 8/8 when, if memory serves, the court date is set, but I really hope more people start speaking up. This went quiet way too fast. Omar deservers better, Surena deserves better, B. Dave deserves better.

As I commented on the post as well, B. Dave is one of extremely few people whose word outweighs that of almost anyone else in my life. The fact that this individual has cost him work in a time and economy that is a nightmare for creatives is infuriating, and the attempted character murder is worse.

Surprising absolutely no one with half a brain, UBI once again proves to be a great concept. Just as it has proved every single other time it has been tested. But capitalism doesn't have room for kindness, consideration, or respect for anything but mighty money, so we'll continue shitting the bed.
