These folks understand that museums don’t belong to Trump; they belong to the people.

My wife & I are museum goers, and so are our kids — for art, for history, for learning.

Never once have I walked into a history museum & questioned if what I was seeing was true. Are those days coming to an end?

An estimated 38% of the total corporate cash savings created by Trump and Republicans’ budget bill will flow to just four Big Tech companies: Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Alphabet.

Just so happens that each donated $1M to Trump’s inauguration.

Talk about a return on investment.

Exactly
Elon Musk's fortune relies on taxpayer-funded government contracts, from NASA to the Department of Defense. Can he or ally Vivek Ramaswamy truly tackle waste in the very deals enriching him? Their talk of cutting spending seems hollow when tied to federal priorities sustaining their wealth.

"Voters elected an authoritarian because they were upset about the price of eggs. That is unsustainable. If a majority of Americans are willing to trade democracy for the promise — especially the illusory promise — of a little economic security, then the American experiment is over."

www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MiV... The economy was a key issue for American voters. Trump has promised to make incomes “soar” and make the cost of living “come tumbling down.” But economists — like Financial Times global business columnist Rana Foroohar — aren't convinced.
