January 6 is both the anniversary of the worst attack on our Capitol since the war of 1812 and the Feast of the Wise Men, also known as Twelfth Night.

The White House has posted a despicable effort to rewrite the history of J6, wherein Trump always urged peace, & patriots offered tips on avoiding fraud.
Oddly, this day of love is also described as a day of "chaos," except the chaos was due to the police, Pelosi, & the CIA.

After invading Venezuela & attempting regime change, who will Trump invade next?
Laurence O'Donnell suggests it's Cuba, that Venezuela was just practice. Lindsey Graham is pushing a Cuba invasion.
Marco Rubio is Cuban-American & has wanted regime change there his whole life.

The UN is furious with us

Latin America is furious with us

But wait! Russia thinks Trump is doing everything just right....

Kidnap the president of Venezuela, bomb Iran, Syria, & Nigeria, threaten to invade Greenland, Denmark, Mexico, Canada, Columbia, & Panama, fail to end wars in Ukraine & Gaza.

Sounds like Nobel Peace Prize material! <snort>

In an age of cotton and synthetics, we hardly use linen anymore. But it was a vital medieval fabric.
And why is underwear often referred to as "linens"?

It's January, named for the 2-faced god Janus, noted in ancient Rome as a time for parties & gifts to bring in the new year, coming along right when people had more or less recovered from Saturnalia.

For years right-wing conspirators insisted that no jets brought down the Trade Towers on 9/11, it was all a false flag/inside job, probably the US government.

Now Mamdani, a Muslim, is sworn in as mayor of NY & the same conspirators are all, "Muslims in jets brought down the NY Trade Towers!"

I assume a "flat earth" map of the earth is a circle with the North Pole in the center and Antarctica an "ice wall" totally encircling the planet, so one could fly more or less in one direction NY to Europe to Asia to CA to NY.
But the whole southern hemisphere wd be too big!
