This is Liam Ramos. The five year old that ICE took from a Minneapolis school and sent BY HIMSELF WITHOUT HIS FAMILY to a detention facility in Texas. There are monsters among us and they are wearing masks, carrying guns, and work for the US government.

The order prohibits retaliation, arrests without probable cause, the use of pepper spray or crowd-control weapons, and vehicle stops made without reasonable suspicion. It also makes clear that simply monitoring or following ICE from a safe distance does not justify a stop or detention.

This is appalling. Shooting someone in the face at close range violates law enforcement policies and rules of engagement, even when using a so-called less-than-lethal projectile. This is another DHS shooter that needs to be prosecuted.
