Oh, I feel this same frustration so often when I mention back pain (which I try to only mention when I need to excuse myself early bc of the back pain) and people dive head-first to tell me I should just *get this chair | read this book | watch this YouTube video | go on this diet* to fix it…
you will know when I am asking for suggestions on what to do about the food problems I am complaining about because there will be a question mark in the fucking post.

🤦♂️ i finished The Book of Love and going back over my notes and highlights finally understood Laura HAND, Susannah HAND, and Daniel KNOWE’s band name 🤦♂️ I’m such a moron!
Tho I instantly and correctly guessed each of the three… final tasks. ❤️ this book, sad it’s over
