Both bands are performing from the stands at the Rose Bowl, and I have to believe it’s because it rained and they want to preserve the field. The historically band-friendly Rose Bowl wouldn’t do them like that.

So once ESPN unbundled its streaming, did ESPN+ cease to exist? Because now one can only get the Skycast (and thus halftime) feed if they have access to ESPNU, it seems.

I agree with @bradengall.bsky.social's assertion that Notre Dame's omission from the CFP is evidence against the Worldwide Leader's meddling, but there's a tin foil hat I could don in which they're playing the long game and left ND out to usher in the 16 team + play-in era.

I truly don’t get the appeal of podcasts having to be video now. Podcasts are at their very best when you’re doing something else, working out or playing videogames etc, and no good podcaster has ever been someone who should be shown on screen that’s just not how that works. It’s a goblin job.
