I enjoy things.
I've told them with every text, call and email that I've already renewed but they either have crappy CRM management or they don't update it. Obviously I've been nice to the volunteers but it's driving me crazy - it's multiple per day. Who do I talk to so @ndp.ca recognize my membership?
I am so annoyed with the @ndp.ca who will not stop calling and texting me to renew my membership. I RENEWED WEEKS AGO STOP TEXTING AND CALLING ME DAILY TO RENEW. Every single separate campaign and the general party and @albertandp.ca. @heathermcpherson.bsky.social campaign is the worst for it.

Such a shame. The UCP don't support energy, economic diversification, or anything "green."

Yesterday, I asked all members of the Legislative Assembly to sign the pledge denouncing threats of separatism and stand proudly with Canadians.

The prosperity and future of our province depend on it. /1

Why do western riders refuse to wear helmets? I'm the only one at the barn who wears one (even the kids don't!) and it drives me crazy.

Disappointed in Arsenal today. I feel like we are our own biggest obstacle. I don't know what we need to click and just get it done. #Arsenal #Gooner

I'm going to eat microwaved pierogies with a side of pickled veggies (beets or sauerkraut) and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Comfort food.

Finished! It was enjoyable. I wasn't quite expecting the dramatic ending, though retrospectively, there were hints. Really interesting character study and setting. #BookSky
I'm currently reading The Paris Express by @emmadonoghue.bsky.social which feels really fitting today. I'm about halfway through and I'm really enjoying the exploration of humanity of the story.

We have been told for nearly 30 years that America needed to tolerate mass shootings because the broad availability of guns would help us defend ourselves from an overreaching federal government. That day has come. The people who said this are supporting the federal agents. Many have joined them.

I am trying not to post on these events in this state of mind but: I hope people understand what the observers are doing is brave and dangerous.

The people who'll tell you today's murder victim in Minnesota shouldn't have turned up to a protest carrying a gun are the same people who said Kyle Rittenhouse was perfectly entitled to do the same thing.

Republicans: everyone must be able to carry any gun at all times,
up to and including high powered rifles, to protect themselves against tyranny

also Republicans, without batting an eye: carrying a gun is unquestionable justification for federal agents to shoot you dead in the street

A windchill of around -30F didn’t stop what organizers say was 50,000 from marching through Minneapolis in one of, if not the largest, march in Minnesota history.

Protesters demand accountability in the killing of Renee Good and removal of the federal agents that have upended daily life in MN.

I haven't been posting much about what I've been reading as it's mostly been travel guides the past few weeks. I only have one left so I should get back to normally scheduled programming shortly. #BookSky

Maybe they meant 25% together? I kid. But I'm grateful to see some progress while being concerned we fell short of the 2025 goal overall.
The federal government said it would protect 25% of land and water by 2025. By December 2024, it had conserved 13.8% of land and fresh water and 15.5% of ocean areas, falling well short as habitat loss continues and pressure mounts to expand critical mineral production. thenarwhal.ca/canada-misse...
