Back when I had to street park, I wasn't the sort to throw an old folding chair in my parking spot when I was away. Instead, I went to great trouble to lift the shell of snow off my car in one piece so I could place it back in the spot as if the car was still there.

It’s 31° and blowing, but the horses are watered. The Spicket is unfrozen. They were out grazing in the pasture and the moon is out which means that’s actually colder than if we had cloud cover.
