The legacy news is dead. Even if we could go back, we know we can't trust them.

News was dying long before now. We let billionaires buy our flagships (LA Times, NY Times, WaPo, etc.) because we didn't have better choices.

Lordy, did that decision suck stones.

So, what do we want going forward?

Fun fact: Want to know how many ICE agents have been killed by illegal immigrants so far? DHS keeps talking about the huge risks, so it's worth knowing. How many have been killed, total?

Zero.

Keep that in mind. These goons routinely pull guns when a traffic light doesn't go their way.

Stay focused. Yes, AG Pam Bondi's self-immolation amused me, and Trump might throw Bondi under the bus along with FBI Director Kash Patel. That's good. Both deserve much worse.

But stay focused on the Trump/Epstein sex ring. Trump is absolutely freaking out.

This is what 'winning' looks like.

It's not like Trump was hiding his ambitions before now, but yeah, watching the American President slobber over Viktor Orbán's shoes is obscene.
February 13, 2026 at 7:01 PM
Epstein wasn't a billionaire with impunity; he was the general manager who procured the girls and boys.

Trump is frantically trying to hide all those names from us, along with the money transfers, the flights, and his own name. And Congress is letting him.

Sue. Compel then to comply with the Act.

Wouldn't it be a nice act of journalism if, the next time a reporter asked Mike Johnson or Trump about an obvious event and they say, "I'm not aware of it," the reporter followed up with, "So, you refused to answer?"

George Stephanopoulos did it. We know it's possible.

Abolish ICE.

They're cruel, releasing people into the street in zub-zero temps wearing a t-shirt without a coat, wallet, money, or phone. They shoot people AND TAKE TROPHIES! They pepper-spray people doing lawful stuff because it hurts their feelings.

Can't train away cruelty. Abolish ICE
February 13, 2026 at 2:48 AM
Reminder: Sen. Schumer and Rep. Jeffries don't work for your interests.

What's their plan? Hold people accountable? How? Aid Ukraine? Stop the Gaza genocide? Abolish ICE? End tariffs?

Compel the Epstein Act?

They have no plan. They'll trade it away for empty promises, just like last time.
February 13, 2026 at 2:40 AM
Hey, Congress! Quick question. Why haven't you sued the Trump administration to force compliance with the Epstein Act? They're clearly in violation. A judge can force compliance.

Sue. It's the obvious next step.

Or explain why you're not. Be specific.
February 13, 2026 at 1:57 AM
Even if this is true (and that's a big 'if'), the next question is obvious:

Where did those ICE agents go? What city is next?

(Bet it's not Houston or Miami.)
Homan: "Operation Metro Surge is ending. In the next week, we're going to deploy the officers here on detail back to their home stations or to other areas of the country where they're needed."

Trump's approval ratings are low so... they're going to stop reporting his approval rating.

Can't make this complict shit up any more.

Someone was abducted at 10 AM by ICE on Central Ave. Their coworker says they’ve lived here for over 20 years, are documented, and have 3 kids who were born here.

Don’t be fooled by headlines when they’ve been lying to us the whole time. We still need you out patrolling until every agent is gone.

A real corp. would fire a CEO who cost them billions in sales while tanking approval among the most brand-loyal consumers ever. Owners used to host Tesla events; now they have "Bought it before we knew" apology stickers.

Tesla gave Musk a BONUS.

Tesla is just a scheme propped up by (failing) xAI.

And almost every Republican representative in that room allowed AG Bondi to mouth off at (effectively) all of Congress.

With impunity.

Do all those Republicans believe they're somehow protected from consequences, too? That seems... odd of them.

We should fix that electorally.

A thread.

We pay our politicians to represent our interests, legislate, and lead the nation. I rail at them because most of them suck at both, and half are openly corrupt.

The bad news? They can't improve. No, not even the Dems. The only progress is what we force on them. What's next is up to us.
February 11, 2026 at 7:59 PM
The frantically disingenuous coverage from the emasculated Washington Post is as obvious as always.

Hey, Bezos! Trump has *never* given money to someone's campaign. He wouldn't give to his OWN campaign! And it's not as if that's a secret.

We see you.

Liar.
You've got to be kidding me! Republicans allowed Trump hundreds of millions of dollars for an illegal slush fund, and now they're shocked — SHOCKED — that the cheap-ass thief and long-time grifter won't give them any of their money back? Not a damn dime?

Who could have seen that coming?!?

Israel's 'ceasefire' in Gaza means nothing. They continue to bomb civilian sites, including hospitals.

The only change is that the press stopped covering it.

The only real change about ICE in Minnesota is that the press stopped covering them. That's all.

It's still very bad.

President Bush created DHS by smushing multiple small agencies together. Were there redundancies and mistakes to fix? You bet! Did Bush address any of that?

No. It was just union-busting. He was breaking civil service protections. Once he had that, he stopped.

We need to rebuild DHS from scratch.

People ask why wealthy billionaires would rape kids.

'Wealthy' means having more than you need. Billionaires are *hoarders*. They can't spend what they have, but they're still crushing people for money THEY CAN'T SPEND. They aren't stable or wise; most are cretins surrounded by sycophants.

Awful.
