My health insurance offers a discount for letting them look at some basic biometric markers yearly, if they're all in normal range
Anyway the only nice thing about being a medical mystery is that my biometrics are normal so they'll continue giving me the discount despite me spending ALL THEIR MONEY

I started RiME today because I was looking for a cozy game I could play on PS4 after getting my eyes dilated (bigger and further away screen than my usual PC/phone games, much easier to see)

The only positive from being as sick as I was is that the fatigue cancelled out my insomnia. Now that I'm getting better my need for melatonin is also returning 😂

Every test result I get seems to come with an "okay but WHY" component. My endoscopy found gastritis but... Why. I haven't had coffee, alcohol, nsaids, or even much spicy food in 3 months, so it can't be just an irritant. Must be chronic infection or autoimmune? Hopefully biopsy helps answer...

My body's gunk % is too low. Need more gunk. Need my stomach and intestines to do a better job taking gunk from food and putting it into my water.
The human body is 60% water and 40% gunk.
