Hello. I'm in the UK watching Glastonbury on tv and grumbling about the flags (why? Whoever is being paid to stand there with a flag I hope it's worth it). So far Shed Seven are my favs (It's a York thing) followed by Alanis who is still utterly brilliant.

Been doing the 16:8 intermittent fasting thing for 7 weeks and have lost 12lbs. 2 more to go until my first goal is reached. Never thought it possible after such weight gain due to being post menopausal and it feels utterly brilliant.
