that whole 'this country isn't ready for a woman president' line is really upsetting because it shows exactly how neoliberalism works, redirecting blame from issues of policy (or lack thereof) onto a flattened, vague type of sexism in a way that ultimately doesn't even challenge sexism!

I don’t know that those trials will ever actually happen, but if they do, they will be as glorious as they are warranted.
When our Nuremberg trials start, I hope the callous morons running these agency comms are rounded up and included for their role in the torture, kidnapping and disappearance of these people.
