The union I once had was filled with people mad bc I became a regular employee after a year of 10-14 hr days 6 days a week and they had to do it for like 4 years.

When I first came out all I could imagine was becoming a stealth trans woman and the whole "push the button to be cis" was an obvious yes bc "woman."
These days, my identity is as a trans woman but in an incredibly weird "am a woman but not entirely" sort of way that is so hard to explain.
