I’ve seen people say horrible people in office aren’t/weren’t challenged. Well, that’s not really true.
There are & have been challengers, but they don’t get nearly as much attention as they should get.

After I baked a loaf of more traditional Irish Barmbrack Bread, I was asked to make more. This time, I added dried cranberries, pistachios and pecans. I’m a multi-generational Texan & we love our pecans, so I name this Tea Bread “Immigrant Tea Bread,” celebrating my Irish & Texan ancestry.
