Just got done working out! I love exercising my biceps by repping pullups and stretching my shoulders. Also enjoy dirty dancing by sculpting my abs being pretentious as a gay gogo dancer. The lower midsection is the most difficult to shred therefore I have to keep up with my intense cardio squats...
