We actually did better than that if you do a deep dive into the stats. We Doubled our share of the electorate from 4% to 8%. We Increased our voter registration in the LGBTQ+ community to 95% AND, we increased our turnout in the one demographic in our community that has the most issues w/ voting,
The majority of the LGBTQ community turned out for VP Harris at 86%. In fact, she actually gained more votes with us than Biden did, with a net gain of 15 points from 2020.

Morning. I slept pretty darn well. Just for a laugh this morning I listened to some of the sound recordings from my sleep tracking app. I thought “damn I snore a lot” bit when I’m listened I realized that some of the snoring isn’t me it’s Jolene. 🤣

Present me is very very grateful to past me for buying a collapsible hand truck. It was very useful for bringing in the power station, solar panel, and 40 half liter bottles of water.

I got canned food, peanut butter, protein & granola bars, PopTarts, bottle water and 3 1-gal containers for water, dog coat, cat sweaters, extra blankets.
And a 2000w power bank with a solar panel.

I had to shave my oldest cat. Her fur gets horribly matted even with bathing & brushing. She was cold so I bought her a sweatshirt. She went to bed with it on and I woke up to a naked cat. I’m looking around the house and I can’t find where she stashed it. This cat. Ugh!

A non-work related thing I hate about my job is our workstation. It’s an elevated counter with tall chairs on wheels. Think high top table at a restaurant height. I have to do some odd gymnastics to get into the chair as it rolls. It’s a death trap and it irritates my back something fierce.
