Also I’m a bit peeved at Apple for not counting a 5k walk as a 5k. Apparently if I want it to count I have to set my watch to a running workout.
That seems a bit ableist to me.

Trying to get on the mindset for today’s walk. I missed Thursday’s group training because my back was hurting too bad at the end of the day. Today I’m going to try a very slow 5k just to see how long it takes.

I think I’m ready to accept my Oscar. On Wednesday coworker and I were taking trash to the dumpster and she said to me, “I know I’m the type to blow up and then get over it quickly and you’re not. But I feel like things are okay now and we’re getting back to where we were before.”

Morning! My neck is so sore from the salon yesterday and my lower back is extremely unhappy also.
But my hair is super cute so I’m happy! This pic is not great but I got a lot cut off and I love it!

Last night I used my Noxgear Tracker 2 with the light attachment and it was fabulous!! So much better than the headlamp I was using. Great investment in myself!!

I have moved my voice recording app to the front screen of my phone just in case. I will warn her that I’m recording and she can adjust or not adjust her words accordingly. Though Alabama only requires one party consent so I could do it without her consent or knowledge. I want her to know I’m not
