Why are we letting billionaire's especially foreign often dodgy US billionaires buy up our infrastructure and logistics and putting people from delivery people, to artists, to coders etc etc out of work without anything in return?

Nearly a month since we complained to Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust about the psych that it took nearly 2 years to get an appt with.
Usually they just gaslight that stuff didn't happen which must suck because we recorded them doing it.
