So proud of everyone! The NYPD confirmed that rallies across the city have ended with no arrests. It’s getting harder and harder for Trump to sell his propaganda.

Booker: Do you think we got the right to vote for women because a bunch of men on the House floor got together and said “on the count of three, women get the right to vote..” That’s not how it happened… Change doesn’t come from Washington. It comes to Washington.

Retweeting this 1000x.
The message is: crowd large.

Many politicians, administrators, and business leaders, in bowing to Trump, have drawn confidence and comfort from the perceived vibe shift.

Events like this puncture that delusion.
You can stop asking where the mass opposition is. It's everywhere.
People poured out to protest not only what Trump has done—and what they fear he will do next.

Xenophobia stands in the way of our shared liberation.
So many Democrats have spent the last couple years joining Republicans in demonizing immigrants, and that bipartisan xenophobia is going to help Trump's efforts to destroy the rule of law.

Xenophobia will always lead down that path.

Brown Medicine doctor deported despite federal court order. What we know.
A court order that would have delayed the deportation of Dr. Rasha Alawieh was issued while her plane was on the tarmac, but it took off anyway.

We. Are. There.
Today at the DOJ Trump named himself “the chief law enforcement officer in our country” and hollered about jailing his political rivals.

We aren’t sliding into fascism we are there.

If this was happening in another country we would call it a dictatorship, because IT IS.
