ソシャゲのガチャのように、「KPIを追求してアルゴリズムをチューニングする」行為が、結果として人権侵害につながった訳です。
イーロン・マスクが買収する前から、ジャック・ドーシーCEOの時代から、Twitterは女性やマイノリティにとってTOXIC（有害）だと指摘されていました（人権団体アムネスティが報告書を出しています）。

2年ぐらい前、知っている人たちが「Twitterでは変な人に絡まれやすいから無理」と言って離脱しているのをちらほら見かけた。何か発言しようとしても、ぬえ氏のように、ある種の人たちからの反応を想定してやめることが多く、それがストレスだったんだろう。
フォロワーがそこそこいる知名度がある人たちにとって、Twitterというのはかなり窮屈な場だったんだなというのを、Blueskyで活き活きと投稿しているのを見ていると感じる。鍵付きで発言できる場所が欲しいのでなく、全公開の場であっても、そういう人たちの目に入らず、変に拡散されない、そんな場所が欲しかったということなんだろう。
