(1/2) Every night. I lay down with one or both of my kids for bedtime and desperately try to stay awake past 8/9pm to have “me” time. So I can read, take a long shower, play candy crush, doomscroll, eat secret hoarded chocolate, brush my teeth, wash my face or something of the sort.

I am convinced as a loving caring parent with anxiety there will be at least one time per year you take a kid to the ER and it’s essentially “nothing” when you are absolutely sure they are dying
