PD reported that they talked to the guy. They're adding comments to the call but sounds like PD is clearing. Usually indicates an open-carry person, which we hear from time to time.

There are apparently two Chipotle's on Center Ave. They believe that they were dispatched to the wrong one.

East Liberty. 5986 Centre Ave - Chipotle. Manager calling in saying a guy is standing there looking out the window holding an AR-15. PD thinks they chased this guy off Pitt's campus about 15 minute ago.

PD were performing radio checks for the NFL draft for different fixed stations on the north of the river area. The draft is April 23 - 25.

Downtown. 936 Liberty Ave - Pizza Parma. Caller says a guy in the pizza shop is all heated up and is offering to throw down some pizza palmas with anyone willing.

East Hills. Singer Place at Sickles Street. Caller said that there a manhole cover missing in the middle of the intersection and the road is starting to get slippy. He is concerned that someone might slide into it.

Mt. Washington. Maple Terrace. Caller says that there is a DPW truck in the middle of the street moving snow and throwing salt. Caller is mad because the worker is in the caller's way.

Oakland. Fifth Ave at S Neville Street. Caller says a PRT bus driver ran over a female pedestrian. She is reportedly trapped under the bus.

Troy Hill. Route 28 North at the 31st Street Bridge. Multiple callers report a multiple vehicle accident with one vehicle on its roof. There are reported injuries. That area is going to be closed off for a bit while everyone sorts out the mess.

Downtown. Fifth Ave - Duquesne Club. Caller is employed there as the help and says that a peasant parked their unsightly Toyota behind the property for quite some time. They are requesting the constabulary to dispose of it.
