A piece of paper torn from a notebook was left in the room of a long-ruined building. The paper is stained in several places. The note says, "Remember: Stand tall against the bruises. Speak calm against the storm. Fight for that smallest chance in hell. Survive. Against all odds, survive. -Dythoids: Death of a Timeline". There are several drawings: a pile of arrows (unlabeled), a set of gears (unlabeled), a knife (labeled "check rooms before entering"), a mechanical dragon (labeled "we need help"), and a beetle spitting acid (labeled "RUN!!")
