Doing a search in my WhatsApp messages to try to find an address. The town came up in so many messages from my mother, before Alzheimer's. I thought I had come to terms with her illness in person but seeing how she wrote and was so clued in has broken my heart all over again

Makes a change to see a rugby player put their hand up and say that their head isn't ok. Have watched too many attempt to play on after a head injury or return to training what feels like very soon after a failed HIA. We only get one brain!

Not sure if it's reflective of the amount of time I spent in France lately or the TV5 commentators but I understood way more of the commentary on the Top14 final in French than I do in a game on TG4. Then again I don't actively speak Irish but tend to have at least 1 rugby trip to France per season
