What holds us back is not a lack of AI skills, which are stunningly easy to acquire. Rather, all too many vital business processes are undocumented. An undocumented process defies improvement.

The next phase of the AI revolution belongs not to developers but to Business Analysts.

I’ll largely be posting here on skills based approaches, OD and coaching…with a dash of tech and AI. I may dip my toe into L&D occasionally. For the last five years my work has been on large transformations, not much at all in the L&D realms

Been experimenting with that AI 🤖 thang. My brain 🧠 naturally makes connections between lots of things and it’s doing the same with different AI platforms. Reminding me of how I used to experiment when I used to sell EdTech
