TERFs trying to gatekeep sexual assault-to the point where they'll lean on antiquated UK legal degfinitions of rape to ENDORSE this rhetoric-will never not make me see red
They care more about hating trans women over supporting victims
They care more about hating trans women over supporting victims
As someone who has reported on SA/rape with victims of varying genders and sexualities, I think this rhetoric is both unproductive and actively harmful. Victims need interventions that help them obtain justice, not measures to prevent them from ever being around members of the sex that raped them.
