Finally went back and finished The Chair Company. I was initially pretty ambivalent about the show, but I think it closes really well. It's a lot closer to Under the Silver Lake.
The show's energy reminds me of the Always Sunny Charlie meme below but the yarn replaced with barb wire🪑
